Reminder: Cell phones are not allowed on campus
Electronic Devices
Parents, we ask your cooperation in making sure your children do not bring items such as (but not limited to) cell phones, iPods, Game Boys/DS games to school or daycare. Electronic devices are not allowed on campus at any time.
Lost and Found
Please check the Lost and Found bin, located outside second grade, before the Christmas break. Unclaimed items will be donated or discarded.
Parent Directory
Please be mindful that the directory contains confidential information. Parent emails and phone numbers are for school matters only.
Parking Lot
Friendly reminders will be handed out to cards parked illegally in the front parking lot. This problem has been addressed many times in the newsletter; however, when the fire department was here last week, they mentioned to the office that many cars were parked in the fire lane.
Sacraments: Baptism, Reconciliation and/or Eucharist
Parents interested in having their child receive any of these Sacraments need to contact Mrs. Carol Ballard.
Service Hours
It is your responsibility to log service hours. Many active parents are not logging in hours; and while the office knows you are a valuable asset to the school, we ask parent volunteers to help with the tabulations and recording of hours. They do not know you and all that you do for the good of the school. Please log your hours!
SSR
Every person on campus is participating in Silent Sustained Reading (SSR) from 12:45 - 1:00 each day. If you come to school during that time, please bring a book so you can join us.
Visitors and Volunteers
Please make sure you sign in and get a badge from the office. We need to know who is on campus at all times.
